Kelly Starrett

Saturday night Lisa and I had the pleasure of having Kelly S, Lindsay and Web Smith, Big Mike and Carey Kepler over for dinner + the kids. It was an amazing night getting to visit with Kelly and hearing different insights to competitive training and life philosophy.
A few things really stuck out about what Kelly said. One - This is the first time in humanity we are doing what we are doing Crossfit Garage Gyms Crossfit Games ect. He brought a lot of perspective to the responsibility we have to pursue excellence and have FUN!
