One person at a time
One of the most exciting things about my job is coaching large groups of people through a Crossfit Workout. Lumbar Curve! Lumbar Curve! Mission 1 Change the World
When I set out to start my own fitness business my mission was to change the world. I lot of people told me I couldn't do it or they didn't believe my vision could come true. After watching the fabulous video Wes put together for Crossfit Central I know that we can together change the world one person at a time. The Team.... the people involved are the most important part of the mission. I love my job, I love my Coaches, and I love all of our clients. Up word and on word! God speed!

Colorado Academy of Art Closes and Owes People Money
This is an update from last weeks entry October Workshop Canceled
Apparently Peter Kennedy has owed a lot of people a lot of money for a long time. I've been getting a lot of of email lately about Peter Kennedy and the CAA, Some are from former teachers and many from students who were signed up for my October workshop at the Academy. I haven't heard from anyone who has actually received a refund for the class or even gotten a reply from Peter Kennedy, if anyone did get refunded I'd like to know. It doesn't seem likely though, according to an article in the Daily Camera the teachers at the school haven't been paid for six months, he wasn't good in business and administration but he was sure good at convincing people to work for free.
Update: The school is filing Chap. 7 Bankruptcy, if you dont want him absolved of his dept you need to file a complaint with the court by 2/23/09. There is a "meeting of creditors" on 12/23/08 but it is not necessary to attend.
