Farm Raised

I started working(my perception of work!) on the family farm when I was ten years old. My Father woke me up at 615am and we left the house around 650am. At this time I began to learn what it meant to work. Posted by Picasa

American Art Collector Magazine article and cover

I have an article in the June issue of American Art Collector Magazine Jeremy Lipking Force of Nature. Photographer Jeff Newton came out and took some cool photos of me working. There are some paintings from my upcoming show in Santa Monica including the cover image, a detail of a painting of my daughter Skylar.
My buddy Joseph Todorovitch also has an article in the same issue.

My One-Man show is coming up

My Exhibition of 25 new paintings opens June 28th at Bergamot Station in Santa Monica CA. For more ifo you can contact Arcadia Gallery 212 965-1387.

Headhunter

If you look closely Lance Cantu is behind me not letting up. We had an awesome time at the final fittest games. Lance is my best friend from child hood, a former Marine, and a Crossfit Level one trainer. Beyond all those titles he is a driven man hungry for life and new adventures. Lance will be joining the Crossfit Central Team very soon! Lance was able to visit for 5 days before he moves to Austin from New York City. He asked me if I was going to win the Crossfit Games this year and the first few excuses that came out of my mouth did not project unwaviering belief. Since that day I have been intently focused on the present oppurtunity to execell at all times to cry Victory on July 6th. Posted by Picasa

What Crossfit Means to ME

If your not familiar with Crossfit.com go there. You will quickly learn that many of the workouts are named after Girls Annie are you ok, Mary, Helen, Fran, ect..... What I had heard or read in the past was that they are named after girls similar to hurricanes which makes them more memorable. Today Crossfit.com posted a video called Glory Box. After watching the video it summed up what crossfit workouts mean to me. I love Crossfit I love the girls and I will never stop pursuing them.

Does anyone know who painted this?

I cant remember where this picture came from but I'd love to know who the artist is. Any artist who can paint eggs and a huge slab of butter that good, I should know about.
