Dynamic Duo

Its not every day you meet people that you feel an instant connection to. The past weekend I was able to meet Lyndsey and Webster and there beautiful daughter at the Crossfit regional qualifiers in Ft. Worth. Lyndsey went on to place 4th in the women's heat and Webster placed 30th. They were able to visit Crossfit Central this weekend for the 300 challenge and some training! Looking forward to seeing you guys in Aromas California for the Crossfit Games!
