I attended my first level I CrossFit Certification on November 4 -5 2005. I ran across some notes from that cert on the web. My first Fran time was 9:37 I currently do it in 2:52. The Certification was held in Golden Colorado. I love giving the gift of Crossfit to people as it once was given to me. Thanks Lauren and Greg Glassman Annie Nicole Tony and all of HQ!
